TRANSTAR® Fisheye Remover is an additive specially formulated to help avoid and prevent fisheyes. Fisheye Remover can be used with virtually all types of urethane and non-urethane 2K topcoats. Use for a smooth finish over surfaces that show evidence of fisheying usually due to contamination. TDS 703.

TRANSTAR® 6737 Fisheye Remover is an 8 oz twin‑neck clear solvent formulated to eliminate fisheye defects in primer coats. It is intended for professional body shop applications where precise defect removal is required without compromising the underlying primer.

The formulation offers a low VOC content of 6.52 lb/gal (781 g/L) and a shelf life of one year, ensuring stable performance over typical inventory cycles. It is compatible with primer substrates, providing rapid wetting and penetration to release fisheyes while maintaining primer integrity. The clear base allows visual confirmation of coverage before removal.
